An incredibly bad agency, with no words to describe their actions. Booked Kimberly, and when I went to the room, there was someone else in the room!!
SMS to zuzana, and response that someone else pretended to be me, and went to the room to fuck Kimberly!!
How he had the room number is still a mystery, but decided to cancel the meeting because when I finally got to the room half an hour later, Kimbery was visibly upset and frightened!!
Only an amatur agency can operate like this!!
I am not sure I will book with them again.

Zuzana is typically a difficult agency to deal with, but their booking sytem is efficient and communication easy. The issue this time is that the pictures posted on their web site and tour anouncement for Isabella have nothing to do with the lady.
Isabella turned out to be a pretty and interesting lady, and well worth the trip, however as a client I do not appreciate fake pictures from any agency.

I had 3 meetings in total with Zuzana ladies.
All times I booked easily via web site and later I had the SMS with details about the hotel.
In my case was easy with this agency.
Only to note that the hotel was good - but not perfect, it would be better.
This is the reason for 9 rate instead of 10.
Everything else was excellent.

Two meetings and a "missed" one with the agency as well as some exchange of information with fellow punters lead me to believe that it is really a probability game, a hit or miss situation: routinely the pictures are heavily "touched", the questions are answered, yet with a clear lack of professionalism, (Do you want the meeting or not??) when it comes to the ladies, it is more a prostitute (let’s get it over with) than an escort attitude. Some are good looking and good service. Overall a no repeat for me
